Due to the curated and mystery nature of these products, all orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund based on preference, item selection, or duplicate items.

I always do my best to honor color preferences, jewelry tone, ring size, and exclusions, but exact items cannot be guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• the damaged item
• the packaging
• the shipping label

I will gladly work with you to make it right through a replacement, partial refund, or store credit where appropriate ✨

Refunds are not issued for:

• change of mind
• dislike of surprise items
• carrier delays
• incorrect address entered at checkout

Pet Notice:
Orders are packed in a home with dogs and a cat. While every effort is made to keep items clean and protected, a pet-hair-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
