Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from St. Louis, Missouri within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Because each mystery scoop order is thoughtfully curated by hand, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume launches, restocks, or holiday drops.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are outside of my control once the package has been dropped off.

I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with your local mail carrier and neighbors before reaching out.
