While I will always do my best to honor your request colors, jewelry tone, ring size and item exclusions, exact items and premium pulls cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the mystery nature of this product, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can make it right ✨. 

Orders ship out 3-5 business days after they have been placed (TikTok video orders may take a bit longer based on order volume).
